With over 25 years in the Apartment and Condominium industry, Tyler Bell’s knowledge and experience in this field is unparalleled.    As President of Sales, Mr. Bell has specialized in providing digital cable and high-speed internet in over 25,000 units consisting of HOA, Condominiums and Apartment buildings.  He is well known in the industry for successfully developing and training a sales team that focuses on building long term relationships with Property Management and HOA/COA Boards as well as achieving sales targets for portfolio growth and development.

Tyler has a degree in Accounting from University of South Florida and has been a leading member of the Multi-Family Council and other National and State trade Associations.  Tyler has also been a consultant and expert witness for various corporations such as Florida Power and Light (FPL) and has served on an Advisory board in Blonder Tongue and is well known as a major sales force in the DISH Private Cable Operator division.
