I had the pleasure of working with Alicia who took good care of me while explaining the packages Broadstar had to offer. Although I had many different options on who to set my new cable/satellite service up with Alicia made it a very easy choice. I'm a manager and have several CSR's under me and as I'm sure you know the good one's are hard to find so I suggest holding on to Alicia tight.

Our HD DVR box decided to crash and burn last Sunday, taking with it all of our recorded shows and movies. It was a "fatal hard drive error", thus there was no way to fix it. We contacted the customer support number on Sunday and left a message. The recording indicated we would recieve a call back within two hour. We were pleasantly surprised when we did get a call back! We discussed the problem and the on call tech support gentlemen said he would process it through ASAP on Monday. On Monday morning my wife called CS and spoke with Tracy C., in NJ. She explained the situation... Tracy said she would put in a service ticket for "Cowboy", aka Wayne, and he would be at our house between noon and 4:00 pm. Sure enough, Cowboy came, replaced the box and remote and we were all set.

Most often people are quick to send emails, or call to complain about customer service issues. We wanted to be sure Broadstar acknowledged these two people that went above and beyond to assist us. The are both wonderful employees of your company and we greatly appreciate the quick and professional service. My name is Naomi and I am a BroadStar customer...I can truly say that I am very happy with Broadstar service. The service is great!! The first day I had my service installed they were very friendly and had great customer service. They answered any and all questions I had, even at times they already knew the questions I was going to ask before I even said anything. When the installer came to my home, he explained everything to me and showed me how to use the guides and helped me set up my computer. If I had a problem or if my wireless went out, it did not matter what time it was, I just made one call and they were able to help me and walk me through everything, and if I still had a problem they had somebody out that morning. This is by far the best cable company I have had in a very long time. I tell my friends and family about this company because they are great. I give them a 10 in everything they do to make their customers happy. So if you are have second thoughts about not going with this company, then I would say you are making a big mistake. I am not only a customer, but I also tell all my residents at the community I work at about them, and they too love them. The prices beat all other cable companies. This morning I had need to call for technical services -- we were not receiving a signal on one of our TV -- the one with the set-up box. I did receive a call from a tech trying to assist over the phone, but his fix would not work. We had several techs come as promised shortly after the noon hour.
